Intervention Name: Productive agricultural investments to improve the competitiveness of agricultural holdings

Operation Description: The company renovated the roof of its winery by replacing the old roof tiles and waterproofing the roof through the installation of an insulating waterproof membrane. At the same time, a new gutter system was installed to ensure the proper management of rainwater. A portion of the portico adjacent to the winery was demolished and rebuilt with a new concrete foundation, new vertical structures, and a new roof constructed in accordance with the existing one.

The farm stable also underwent a major asbestos remediation project, during which the old asbestos-cement roof was removed and replaced with a new roof made of compliant materials.

Purpose: The building used as a winery and equipment storage facility was renovated to improve the safety of employees and reduce wear on the stored equipment through the waterproofing of the roof. This allows production and storage activities to be carried out under suitable conditions.

The removal of asbestos-cement materials has improved the health and safety of the working environment by reducing health risks for workers.

Results Achieved: The renovated buildings now provide higher workplace safety standards, reducing health risks associated with asbestos exposure. Processing activities can now be carried out safely, and the stored equipment is protected from premature wear caused by adverse weather conditions.
