Es handelt sich um eine Technik, die jeder erlernen kann, vorausgesetzt, man verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber das richtige Equipment und einen geeigneten Ort f\u00fcr die Ruhephase des Weins.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-white-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-975deaa5b2afe52908b6f66a1f65dbb3\"><strong>Was man vorbereiten muss<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Bevor es losgeht, ist Sauberkeit das oberste Gebot; die Hefen m\u00fcssen in einer unbelasteten Umgebung arbeiten k\u00f6nnen, um unerw\u00fcnschte aromatische Fehlentwicklungen zu vermeiden.
